Position Summary

Provide overall management and direction for mechanical construction projects of 10 million or more.

Hiring Requirements/Preferences

• Bachelor's engineering degree or equivalent, plus extensive (10 or more years) experience/knowledge of construction, design, finance, and management required.
• Must have a working knowledge of structural, mechanical, and electrical civil and building practices and concepts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Superior organization skills, ability to make independent decisions and multi-task.
• Excellent business acumen.
• Confidence in directing and coordinating staff, sub-contractors and consultants.
• Innovative and effective management techniques to maximize employee performance.
• Thorough understanding of construction software, corporate and industry practices, processes, standards, etc. and their impact on project activities.
• Computer skills, including Microsoft Office, scheduling software (Primavera, Microsoft Project etc.)
• CSL or willingness to obtain within one year of hire date.
• OSHA-30
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT medical card.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid unrestricted Driver's License.
